By entering, you agree to these rules and to the outcome of the drawing, which is final.

HALLOWEEN DESIGN Sweepstakes: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible online entries received by the sweepstakes closing date of September 28, 2010. Winner notification will be made via email notification on or about October 5th, 2010. Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. (excluding Texas, Florida, and Colorado) residents. Winner will receive a half day visit from a member of the TouchStone design team. The visit will be scheduled at a time arranged by both parties between the dates of October 11th and October 29th, 2010. Winner will receive $250 merchandise credit to be redeemed online. Designer may additionally use decorations provided by winner to decorate winner’s home. The guest designer will have a $50 budget for additional props and accessories; any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents except residents of Texas, Florida and Colorado, employees of Sponsor and their respective related companies, agents and suppliers associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes and their immediate families and household members. Any entry which is illegible, incomplete, incorrect, illegitimately obtained or tampered with is void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, printing or other errors, detached labels or late, lost, postage due, or misdirected mail.

MISCELLANEOUS: Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Texas, Florida and Colorado and where prohibited. Entries must be completed online. (No mail, telegrams, faxes, etc.). Prize value stated in U.S. currency. Sweepstakes presented in conjunction with various solicitations using various creative presentations by Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates. Entrants release Sponsor, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes, including liability for personal injury. Winner may be asked permission to use his/her photograph, name, city and state of residence for advertising. Sponsor may require winner to execute publicity/liability releases and affidavits of eligibility. Prize is not transferable except to surviving spouse. Prize won by minor to be awarded in the name of parent or guardian who must execute affidavit and release on minor’s behalf. Sponsor may select alternate winner if initial winner fails to sign and return releases and affidavits within 21 days of attempted delivery. Taxes and any other expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
